The Story of Stanes began with a vision, a calling, and a deep commitment to transforming lives through education.<\/strong><\/p>

In 1862, Sir Robert Stanes<\/b>, an English planter, industrial pioneer, and philanthropist, founded what would become one of India’s most respected educational institutions. Moved by a desire to provide quality education to the children of his employees, he established a small day school in Coimbatore with just four students and two teachers. What began as a humble endeavour soon evolved into a legacy that would shape generations of learners.<\/p>

Guided by faith, service, and an unwavering belief in the power of education, Sir Robert Stanes not only contributed significantly to the industrial development of Coimbatore but also laid the foundation for an institution dedicated to nurturing character, excellence, and leadership.<\/p>

Over the past 164 years<\/b>, Stanes has grown into a distinguished family of schools, encompassing the Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School, ICSE, CBSE, and now Stanes International School. While each institution serves the needs of a changing world, all remain united by a shared commitment to academic excellence, strong values, and holistic development.<\/p>

Today, the Stanes legacy continues to inspire young minds to dream boldly, learn purposefully, and lead responsibly.
